INSTITUTE AND MUSEUM OF BITOLA, artMUSE, 2012
From the entire textile industry which played a crucial role in the country’s economical growth, today only vintage machines and factory logos remain as relics of what was once the most dynamic economy in the region. This is a collaborative installation, specially constructed for the Museum of Bitola, as a homage to the vital industry in whose structure were once integrated destinies of hundreds of families but are now only pale memories. Tissue also serves as a reminder of the responsibility which falls upon each individual as part of the eternal cycle of creation and destruction which defines our collective history.
